The first step of personal training begins with a 1 hr. discovery consultation. The purpose of the discovery consultation is to discuss your past, present and future Health, and Wellness goals. During the discovery, I will conduct Fitness testing which includes Body measurements, Cardiovascular testing, and Flexibility testing. We discuss your nutritional intake and any lifestyle stresses.
The second step is the completion of the PAR-Q forms and questionnaire which are required to help me discover any family history of disease.
